Patrice Dixon, Esq.

President

Patrice C. Dixon is an associate in the Boston, Massachusetts, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on labor and employment law, including preventative advice and counseling.

Patrice represents employers in labor and employment matters, with a particular focus on traditional labor relations, including collective bargaining, contract administration, representation matters, and unfair labor practice charges. Beyond traditional labor matters, Patrice advises employers in numerous aspects of employment law, including discipline and termination, discrimination, harassment and retaliation issues, and leave management. Patrice is well-versed in preventative practices and works with employers to conduct internal investigations and to deliver trainings. Patrice also handles administrative proceedings before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Before joining Jackson Lewis, Patrice worked as a labor and employment attorney in the public sector for over five years where she counseled human resources, labor relations, and other division senior leaders on a variety of state and federal labor and employment laws. During this time, she first chaired and managed complex arbitrations with outside counsel, and handled administrative proceedings before the MCAD, the Department of Labor Relations, and the Department of Unemployment.

Patrice is a thought leader who regularly presents on panels.
