Langie Cadesca is from Brooklyn, NY, and is a 2L at Northeastern University School of Law. For the 2022 academic term, she serves as the Co-President of Northeastern’s Black Law Students Association (“BLSA”), an Associate Editor of Law Review, and a Lawyering Fellow for Legal Skills in the Social Context course. Outside of Northeastern, Langie serves as Secretary for the Northeast Region of the Black Law Students Association (“NEBLSA”). After her first year of law school, she was a summer associate at a big law firm and an intern at a technology company. Langie foresees her future practice as a litigator, and she also has interests in intellectual property. Prior to law school, she attended the University at Albany and holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice. After her undergraduate career she worked at the New York State Senate Democratic Conference. Outside of law school she enjoys singing, styling hair, doing make-up, and roller-skating.
