Gregory Saint-Dick, M.S.

Director for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion - Student Development Lead

Gregory Saint-Dick is a Boston native adamant about student empowerment and mentorship. Greg’s motivation to help inner-city youth in Boston stemmed from his difficult childhood growing up in a single-mother household in Mattapan, where his mother struggled financially to raise him and his younger brother. Having an overworked immigrant mother with no father in the home produced a harsh learning environment where academic excellence wasn’t encouraged. Today, Mr. Saint-Dick has dedicated the past decade to student development and access.

Currently, Greg serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion – Student Development Lead at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Before Harvard, he worked at Lesley University as the Director of Multicultural Affairs and Social Inclusion.

Gregory holds a Master of Science Degree in Nonprofit Management (Leadership Concentration) from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Art in Business Administration (Marketing Concentration) from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amhers
