Erika works on the U.S. federal income tax aspects of a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions, including debt and equity offerings, financings, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and structuring. Erika also advises private equity, institutional, and sovereign clients in relation to funding formation and investments.

Prior to joining Linklaters, Erika gained extensive tax experience at a Big 4 accounting firm and advised investment funds and multinational companies on the U.S. federal income tax aspects of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and restructurings.
