BRIANA CARDWELL has completed her first year at Boston University School of Law, and she graduated from Bowdoin College with a major in Africana Studies and a minor in Sociology. Prior to law school, Briana volunteered at the Massachusetts Immigrant and Refugee Advocacy Coalition and served as an intern at the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, Boston Branch. She also interned as a legal assistant at Greater Boston Legal Services and continues to volunteer there during law school. Briana aspires to be an Immigration and Civil Rights attorney to create change in low-income communities.
