Allison Sheppard, Esq., M.B.A.

Allison Sheppard is a Tax Services Specialist and representative of the New Jersey Division of Taxation. Ms. Sheppard is admitted to practice law in New Jersey. She focuses on various disciplines of tax law including New Jersey Gross Income Tax, Corporation Business Tax, Pass-Through Business Alternative Income Tax, Controlling Interest Transfer Tax, Realty Transfer Tax, and Transfer Inheritance Tax. Ms. Sheppard is a speaker for the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education. She is also an author of New Jersey State Tax News articles published for the tax and legal community. Ms. Sheppard is a member of the New Jersey Division of Taxation Audit Task Force.

Ms. Sheppard is dedicated to mentorship service. She is co-chair of the Association of Black Women Lawyers’ (ABWL) A Legacy Realized mentoring program. She is responsible for overseeing the program which covers all participating schools in New Jersey. She also mentors for the ABWL law school mentoring program.

Allison Sheppard holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University, a Master of Business Administration from Stockton University, and a Juris Doctor from Widener University, Delaware Law School.
