Kristi Jobson is the Assistant Dean for Admissions and Chief Admissions Officer at Harvard Law School. Kristi graduated from Harvard College and taught in New York City as a Teach For America corps member. As a student at Harvard Law School, Kristi participated in the Board of Student Advisers and the Women’s Law Association, served as a research assistant to faculty, and led the Harvard Journal of Law & Gender as co-Editor-in-Chief. Following graduation from HLS, she clerked on the Massachusetts Appeals Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Prior to joining the HLS J.D. Admissions Office, Kristi was an associate at Ropes & Gray in Boston, litigating shareholder actions and complex commercial disputes. She also maintained an active pro bono practice, with a particular emphasis on issues affecting the LGBTQ+ community.
