Cheryl D. Hardy, Esq., is Executive Director of Legal Education Programs, Executive Education, and Online Initiatives at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Ms. Hardy received her B.A. degree magna cum laude from Temple University. At Penn Law, she served as articles editor of the Journal of International Business Law. Ms. Hardy was an Associate in Litigation and Corporate Law at Montgomery, McCracken, Walker and Rhoads prior to starting her own practice. Prior to returning to the Law School, she served as Assistant Executive Director and General Counsel to the Institute for Educational Equity and Opportunity (IFEEO). She is the co-editor of two IFEEO award-winning publications, Education in the Fifty States and A Quality Education for Every Child: Stories from the Lawyers on the Front Line.
Tony Tolbert is the Director of Learning Environment & Academic Affairs for UCLA School of Law. His focus is on creating a more inclusive and supportive campus climate for all students, especially students from historically marginalized communities. He also directs UCLA’s Street Law Clinic through which law students teach law-related topics to local high school students. Previously, he served as UCLA Law’s Associate Director of Admissions & Outreach.
Tony received his B.A. in Political Science from U.C. Santa Barbara and earned his law degree from Harvard Law School. Prior to working at UCLA Law, he practiced law for several years in the entertainment and sports industries.
